Traditional Latin Mass Returns to Lancaster, Pennsylvania

On Saturday, May 24, 2008, the traditional Latin Mass will return to Saint Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

Father Frank Parrinello, FSSP, will celebrate the Mass. Fr. Parrinello is chaplain of the Priestly Fraternity of St. Peter apostolate in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The Te Deum Laudamus Schola will sing the Gregorian propers and ordinaries for the Mass.

For the time being, this Mass will continue every week as a Saturday vigil Mass. However, the Latin Mass community hopes that if enough people attend, the Mass will be moved to a Sunday morning time slot.
